How can I charge my ipod through my ipod compatible car stereo?

I purchased a new car stereo that is ipod compatible. The Crutchfield web site says that even though you can play 4th generation iPod through the stereo the ipods can’t be charged.

You probably need to buy a separate charger which are available at any electronics store or at Target etc. They usually plug into the power source/cigarette lighter in your car.
